Owner & Operations Consultant

With a robust background in education, coaching, finance, and military service, Emily Allsop brings a wealth of experience to her clients. Serving over a decade as a high school teacher and administrator, along with over 20 years in the Army Reserve, Emily has honed her skills in leadership, organization, and process improvement. Over the past five years, she has transitioned these skills into the finance and accounting sector, where she has successfully helped small businesses streamline their operations.

Emily specializes in analyzing organizations and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. She has a proven track record of delivering great results, working with schools, small businesses, military organizations, and sports teams to improve their processes and overall performance.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and an Education Specialist Degree in Administration from William Woods University. Her diverse background and dedication make her an exceptional partner for any organization looking to develop SOPs and drive improvement.
