Emily Allsop
Fractional COO | Operational Leadership for Growing Businesses
Emily Allsop is a Fractional COO who partners with growing businesses to take ownership of their operations—ensuring teams execute, systems scale, and the business no longer depends on the founder to function day-to-day.
With a background spanning education, military leadership, and finance, Emily brings a disciplined, execution-focused approach to operational leadership. She spent over a decade as a high school teacher and administrator and has served more than 20 years in the Army Reserve, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, accountability, and structured execution.
Over the past five years, she has applied this experience within the finance and accounting sector, working closely with small businesses to bring clarity, structure, and consistency to their operations.
Emily is known for quickly identifying what’s actually slowing a business down—whether it’s unclear priorities, lack of accountability, or inefficient systems—and stepping in to fix it. She doesn’t operate as an advisor on the sidelines; she embeds into the business, leading execution, aligning teams, and building the operational infrastructure required for sustainable growth.
Her work spans small businesses, educational institutions, military organizations, and sports clubs—consistently delivering the same outcome: operations that run smoothly, teams that follow through, and leaders who are no longer stuck in the day-to-day.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri–Columbia, as well as an Education Specialist Degree in Administration from William Woods University.
She is trusted for her ability to bring order to complexity, lead with clarity, and drive meaningful, lasting results inside growing organizations.
